i feel old

i've only just turned 19, more or less, but i feel older somehow (older than 19) and not in the sense that i have osteoporosis and prostate cancer, but just feeling less "sprightly".

anybody else feeling the same way or anything similar, and if so, does it feel like it just happened over night?
